WOD: 
3 rounds of 1 min max effort, 1 min rest btwn rounds of:

Push-up
Pull-up
KB swing (55#)
Box Jump
Burpee

rest 5 minutes, then same format at 95# load for:

Dead Lift
Squat Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat

WOD2:
Max C&J
Max Snatch
