5/13: Another mainsite WOD

AM WOD
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press

PM WOD (from mainsite)
5 RFT:
5 OH squats (135#)
10 toes-to-bar (I did toes to rings with feet going through the rings)
15 dumbell (40#) hang cleans
20 double-unders

Result: 10:20
