5/3: Mom's birthday!

Because my mother's birthday is today, the 3rd, I did three hard workouts.

25 reps Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)
10 reps Hand Stand Push-ups
15 reps Bar Facing Burpees
10 reps Push Jerk (155#, 105#)


5 min rest


then...


Snatch
15 min work to a 1RM


Result: 24:51
185 lbs.
