WOD1:
Tabata strength:Back Squats (135#) off rack
Kettle Bell Swing (70#)
Hand Stand Push-ups
Thrusters (95#)
Result: Laying on the floor in pain.
WOD 2:
Run 400m
25 squats
25 pushups
x 3 rounds.
WOD 3:
5 RFT (all at 155#)
5 hang squat clean
3 power clean
1 squat snatch
Sprint 100m
...rest 2 minutes then perform 15 deadlifts at 275#.
Result: MUCH harder than I thought looking at it.
