1/17: Crossfit at home

Warmup:
5 minute run on treadmill

Skill:
Back squat 5x5
Result: 225-275 lbs

WOD:
AMRAP 20
5 squat cleans (185 lbs)
10 pushups
15 (each side) 20lb med ball twists on floor
Result: 10 + 1 clean
