I had car issues today, making me late for the 6pm class at Cream City CF. Since it was nice out, I devised my own concoction and revised "Nancy" a bit.
WOD:
5RFT
400m run
15 Overhead squats (95#)
10 KB swings (55#)
...then after 5 rounds, 50 kb swings with 10 burpee penalty for each drop of the kb.
......I did not drop.
