"Annie" is a benchmark WOD in CrossFit and a lot of people don't like her. I do not mind because I do well on the double unders. I did have issues with my jump rope tangling up, which added around 15-20 seconds on my time.
The WOD consists of the following:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
Double Unders
Situps
My time was 5:54.
Afterwards, I worked on my muscle ups, handstand pushups, and rope climbing. Oh and I shoveled one foot of snow after this. Winter sucks...
