CrossFit WOD: "Grace" us with your presence.

Today was another benchmark workout called "Grace." She consists of 30 Clean & Jerks for time! Sounds easy right? Well, try it, then judge. The last time I did this workout was on November 17th, 2009. I did 95 lbs at a time of 4:22. This time, I did 135 lbs at a time of 3:12.

Even if it is just 5-10 seconds, that is marked improvement that you can grow on. So I challenge you to try 30 C&Js for time. You'll then officially get to know "Grace" and what she offers you (sore traps, arms).
