On Saturday, I did the CrossFit benchmark WOD called "Karen." Surprisingly simple looking, she still creates wrath! I wanted a quick burn, but didn't want any heavy lifting and Becky suggested this one to me. To be honest, I'm still sore from "Linda" on Thursday so I didn't want anything crazy anyway.
"Karen" is comprised of the following:
150 Wall balls for time!!! (men 20lb ball / women 14 lb)
Men should hit a spot on the wall 15 feet above the ground. Women 10 feet. You MUST hit the spot on the wall each time for the rep to count! My time was 7:04. Good luck!
