CrossFit WOD: Worse than "Fran"

Ok, I think Fran is a brutal workout. The combination of thrusters and pullups is just downright crazy. But today, I'm thinking the combination of exercises I did was the worst I've done yet. Props to Becky for creating this nasty WOD! It wasn't just the heart pounding met-con, but the muscle fatigue as well. Here's the brutality I did today at noon:

In reps of 5-10-15-10-5 at 95lbs.

Power cleans (from floor)
Thrusters
Front Squat
Box Jumps (24 inches)


Do each one, from top to bottom, for 5 reps, 10 reps, and so on....

In my opinion, my time was pretty good. I got 12:32. I rested so much more on this WOD than many others I do. I was gasping for air and recovery was futile.
