Pancakes are a weakness of mine so I rarely eat them. Not to mention, I just don't have butter and syrup on my pancakes. My friend and I used to wake up in the mornings on weekends and make enormous pancakes and put on peanut butter, ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, nuts, syrup and whatever else we could find in the cupboards and have at it! So, in spirit of this, my wife and I went to this local restaurant with some friends called Circle where they serve the biggest pancakes I've ever seen. I ate more than I should have, but it was my day of food/drink cheats.

Because of this, I ran the Monument steps
again and did as many sprints as I could in 30 minutes. It was brutally awesome and I may make it a weekly Saturday morning visit from now on. It's so peaceful and productive.
After some resting, I did a 2k row on the rower to top off my afternoon. I'm glad because I ended up having lots of beer with friends from the gym afterwards. Mmmm... Let's just say I like my high carb days.
Best,
Tyler
