CrossFit WOD: Lunch time burn

I have a late basketball game tonight so I wanted to get in a quick workout at noon so I have ample time to recover for it. Today's WOD was as follows:

10 Hang Power Cleans
20 Double unders
30 Air squats

x 4 rounds. For time!

I got 6:47. I think I rested too much on some parts, but happy with the burn I got.
