As if I didn't destroy my legs enough yesterday, our gym had another leg burning over my lunch hour today just to let let us know how terrible it can feel. The lactic acid is really built up right now, but I made sure to give myself a good stretch and cool down after the WOD. I finished the WOD in 3:09 so I had plenty of time to do so. Today's burning WOD consisted of:
21 Wall balls
42 Paratroopers
15 Wall Balls
30 Paratroopers
9 Wall Balls
18 Paratroopers
For time!
3:09 was my time, like I said.
