CrossFit WOD: "Angie"

Attempting to get back into the swing of things after a weekend of terrible dieting and too many drinks, I hit up one of the benchmark workouts called "Angie."  She's tough, and consists of the following:

100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

For time!

I felt my time was bad at 17:55. It was my first time attempting her and I think next time, I'll know how to space out the sets.  I tried too much too early and this was my downfall. Oh well, I can't always have good workouts. I'll take the good and the bad  -- the key is that I make progress and I'll see what happens when I attempt her next time ;-)

  1. Great work! Even if you weren't feeling up to par, still a respectable time. I'm going to do this WOD again in about 3 weeks. Will keep you posted.
